The first cervical cancer screening and awareness medical day took place in Baqaa Refugee camp in collaboration with local entities where an awareness talk was given to women of reproductive age in addition to free pap smears done for over 50 women fulfilling screening eligibility criteria 20/1/2023
The second cervical cancer awareness day in Southern Shuna where an awareness lecture was held targeting women of reproductive age and free pap smears were taken to over 80 women fulfilling eligibility criteria
In occasion of cervical cancer awareness month, the society organized a lecture covering the role of pap smear and HIV screening for cervical cancer in addition to the burden of the disease and the HPV vaccination on 15/1/2023 at Jordan Hospital
