The AntiMicrobial Resistance (AMR) Campaign

On 8 July, the Hikma Women’s Network, under the AntiMicrobial Resistance (AMR) Campaign, had the honour of hosting Dr. Abeer Annab, President of the Jordanian Society for Obstetricians and Gynecologists (JSOG). This insightful event took place at the Nablus Auditorium at Hikma HQ in Amman and welcomed Hikma women from various sites across Jordan.

Dr. Annab delivered an engaging lecture titled “What Do We Need to Know About Menopause?” This informative and interactive session provided valuable insights into menopause, emphasising multiple areas where women can focus on improving their lifestyles and overall quality of life. The discussion covered the signs and symptoms of menopause and other biological changes women experience throughout their lifecycles.

The event served as a platform for women to learn, share experiences, and gain knowledge to better care for themselves and support others going through similar transitions. By empowering women with this vital information.
